RECOVERY

CONCLUSION

The final phase is the recovery phase. The recovery phase is an important phase as when playing a game of badminton you will always need to get back to the middle position in the centre of the court as you can be ready for the next shot. There are a number of aspects in my techniques that I need to address to improve my badminton performance. First if I can keep coming back to the middle position in the centre of the court then I will be able to hit the shuttlecock with a great force and slowing it to travel to the back of court, and by going back to the centre of the court will allow me to do this as I will be ready for the shot from the opposite component. The next paragraph will sum up everything that I have evaluated in this assignment piece.

In conclusion assessment task help and benefited me as a badminton player allowing me to see my flaws that are restricting my performance in badminton. Through the studies of biomechanical principles behind the overhead clean, I believe that I will be able to work on my performance to create much more powerful and effective shot similar to those who are high up then me as a badminton player. The principles needed to achieve on different self-propelled levels of performance are force, motion, projectile motion, flight path, balance and stability. Once these were applied to my performance in badminton the effectively has maximised my ability.
